Credit and Debit cards: All major debit and credit cards are accepted. During check out be sure to enter correct billing information.
PayPal: PayPal payments are accepted. If you pay using an e-check your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. E-checks can take up to 7 business days to clear.
Payment Plans: Two week payment plans are available for items priced over $500. I can break payments into two or three, but the entire total must be paid within two weeks. Once the first payment is made, the customer is agreeing that there will be no refunds if they are unable to finish payments. In holding the item, I expect payments to be finished, no exceptions.

Customs: I send PayPal invoices for custom work, please pay the invoice in full within 24 hours or the invoice will be canceled and you will be blocked from future purchases. Please do not waste my time if you aren't a serious buyer. Note: I understand life can become difficult, please communicate with me should you not be able to pay the invoice within 24 hours. I am easy to work with and would be happy to extend the timeline. A little communication goes a long way. 

Processing, Returning, modifying orders & Damaged Items

Processing times: All orders will be processed in a timely matter in which they are received. Please ask current wait time BEFORE purchasing if there is any concern. Message me BEFORE a purchase if you have a time constraint (ex: birthday) and I will try my best to accommodate.
Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final. I accurately describe my items in order to provide the very best idea of what is being purchased. On each listing I ask the customer to familiarize themselves with my Shop Policies in order to prevent any problems. Please be a responsible buyer.

Ring Sizing: Please provide an accurate ring size when purchasing a piece. If you provide the wrong ring size at purchase and it needs to be changed, their will be a $55 charge (plus shipping) in order to resize. If there was a mistake in sizing on my end, it will be free of charge. I'd be happy to resize a current sized item at a $55 fee, please message me if you're interested in that.

Modifications: I am more than happy to do small modifications to orders for an extra fee, even small modifications take hours. If you would like to modify the piece and replace the stone, that will result in the piece being remade completely, you will then pay for an entirely new piece since this is not considered a repair or small modification. PLEASE NOTE: all modification will result in an extra fee, but if 5 days passes without communication or payment for modifications, the buyer then forfeits their spot and piece. There will be NO refunds based on your lack of communication. Please be courteous to the maker and don't waste my time, I am easy to work with and a little communication goes a long way.

Damaged Item: If an item ARRIVES damaged please contact the local USPS to file an insurance claim. Seller is not responsible for damaged items due to poor delivery method. If the item becomes damaged due to human error, I am more than happy to do small repairs for an extra fee, even small repairs take hours. Please contact me to get a price quote for repairs. Please take a look at the section below titled 'Jewelry Care and Info' it is important to treat each piece of jewelry with awareness and care.

Shipping & tracking

Domestic orders: All US orders will be shipped insured via USPS priority mail and delivered within 1-3 business days. 

Canada: Shipped via USPS first class mail and delivered within 7-14 business days.
All other International: Shipped via USPS first class international mail, delivery times vary by location.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be available with-in 24-48 hours via USPS.

discounts & sales

Any available discounts or sales will be announced via Instagram and will strictly run for as long as stated. If you have missed the sale timeframe then i'm sorry but you will not receive a discount please don't ask.

jewelry care & Info

All Tranquil Designs are handcrafted to last when worn with awareness and care. If a piece is dropped and damaged, submerged in water or damaged at fault of the owner, a repair or replacement will not be made without charge. Pricing will depend on damage. Please see section above titled 'Damaged item' for more information.

Most Tranquil Designs jewelry contain semi-precious gemstones. Like any stone avoid dropping, scratching and hitting sharp or hard objects as this can cause the stone to crack or chip. The majority of stones used are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. If you would like to modify the piece and replace the stone, please see the section labeled 'modifications' for more information.

All Tranquil Designs jewelry is handcrafted with .925 sterling silver. Some pieces may include jewelers grade bronze or brass as accent metals to the silver. To avoid tarnish, keep away from cosmetics, hair products, etc. Do not submerge your silver jewelry in water for long periods of time and be sure to remove it when bathing or swimming. To remove tarnish from your silver jewelry I recommend using a silver polishing cloth which you can purchase from a local jeweler or online.
